One-on-One Training

Session Format: We will use Zoom to connect so I can show you the moves and monitor your progress.

Session Frequency: Once a week or more - you decide!

Session Length: 30 min.

  • 30 minutes - $30 per session

OR purchase 10 sessions in a bundle

  • 10 sessions for 30 minutes each - $225

Asynchronous Training

Session Format: Customized training plans and workout plans for you to complete independently on your own schedule

Session Frequency: Check in with me weekly to fine-tune your experience.

Session Length: 30 min., one session per week

  • $30 for one week

Health and Nutrition Coaching

Session Format: Meet with me for health coaching to establish your personalized plan and reach your goals. 

Session Frequency: Check in with me weekly to transform your habits and empower yourself to maintain your success.

Session Length: Based on your needs and plan. Recommended commitment to establish real growth - 8 - 12 weekly sessions

Weekly sessions
